    Hi everyone!

BPG's Annual Banquet will be held on Sat. 1/19/19 from 6pm to 9ish

The board has decided to try out a new location this year at the Halker-Flege Post 69 American Legion Hall in Reading, OH.

    Halker-Flege Post 69

    9000 Reading Rd
    Reading, Ohio 45215

This venue offers a pool table, a shuffle board table, OH lottery machines & a juke box.

There is also a kitchen on site, and we will be having a catered meal of Open-Faced Roast Beef on Texas Toast, Mashed Potatoes OR Mac-N-Cheese, and a vegetable, all prepared by the Vets.

Please feel free to bring an appetizer or a dessert if you want, as we will be responsible for that.

Cash bar/soda at Legion Hall prices.

Usual Bid-N-Buy (donations are encouraged!!!!), 50/50 raffle, and an election, as VP and Safety Officer is up for grabs.

    *****GUEST SPEAKER*****

Our guest speaker this year is Mr. Peter Rogoz.

Peter is no stranger to the Pyro industry, having designed, shot, or helped with quite a few PGI, regional, and even international competition shows.

Currently, Peter is the USA Factory Rep for Vulcan/Shogun Fireworks. He competed at the DIFF Competition with Vulcan this year (http://www.diff.vn/en/teams/viet-nam/) and will be designing and shooting the Vulcan show at PGI in 2019.

Peter was also a technical Adviser to the Veverka Bros. during the filming of the movie Passfire, and he is currently a distributor of the Galaxis Firing System.

Peter is kind enough to drive down from the Chicagoland area, so please try and come out and enjoy what should be a very fun and interesting night.

Event is Free to 2018 paid BPG Members and their adult guest. Nonmembers or additional guests are $15 each. This is an Adults only event as the facility cannot accommodate children.

++++THERE WILL BE NO FIREWORKS DISCHARGE AT THIS EVENT----STRICTLY A SOCIAL NIGHT++++

Please RSVP to the BPG_Picnic@aol.com email address by 1/15/19, and let us know if you will be bringing anything to eat (apps or desert)
*You also need to indicate if you want mac-n-cheese or mashed potatoes.

Thanks everyone, and I look forward to seeing you there!

    Happy Holidays!

    Jim
